We feel that the talent of a child must be honored in order for that talent to grow.
We at Tamar, Phat Barz Records, & Xtreme Heat Sports Management had the wonderful opportunity to work with
them!
In an effort to expose them to a positive activity when juvenile crime is on the rise, Tamar promises summer projects that will not only keep youth out of trouble but they will boost their overall self esteem.
MENTORING

We strive to give youth a platform in which to present themselves in a wholesome manner. Their talents are great and some untapped. We not only assist them in honing their craft but we also groom them to be prepared for anything they may set their minds to; especially in the professional arena. It's never too early to start!
We want them to understand that we that truly care about them...
We want them to know that small voices matter...
To all of the youth that we have come in contact with, it was a pleasure and an honor to work with you. We have shared laughter and tears...
